Meet Stephanie Sundquist The Food Shed Manager Hi, I’m Stephanie Sundquist. I believe that a stronger, healthier British Columbia starts withbetter food systems. My journey has taken me from the audit desk at Community Futures to thewarehouse floor of Farmbound Organics, to the processing floor of OBC where I spent 15 yearsconnecting local farmers with the communities that need them most. I’ve worn many hats: Operational Manager, Purchaser, Financial Auditor, and even FoodProcessing Operator. Whether I’m running industrial processing equipment or analyzing fundingspreadsheets, my goal is always the same: to make local food more accessible.
